Signing in

Click the "log in" link at the top of any of our web pages, and enter your email and password. Be sure to sign in with the email we use to send you LCER mailings. 

If the system doesn't want to sign you in, and the reset password option doesn't help, this could be because you haven't yet set up a user account - please see the next panel.  

User accounts

You can only sign in if you have a user account. 

If you pay a subscription to LCER by direct debit, or if you've already set up a user account, you're good to go.

Otherwise, you'll have to set up your account manually. Choose the "Create an Account" option when signing in. After entering your details you'll be sent an email link to confirm your identity.

Still having problems signing in?

If you're still having problems, email us at [email protected]. We'll be able to fix things for you.

Amending your personal details

Don't forget to tell us if you move house, or if your other details change. Sign into your member profile via the "Log in" link at the top of the page, and click on the panel entitled "personal details".

Changing your bank account?

Please let us know by email if you change your bank account, so we can arrange for you to sign a new direct debit authorisation.

Changing your subscription plan

If you want to change to a different subscription plan, email us to let us know the change you want to make, and we'll sort it out. Please note, you can't do this yourself.

Want to leave LCER?

We hope you won't want to leave - we hope our members will stay the course with us until we've secured a fair voting system. But If you do need to take time out, please follow this link.

Please note: you don't need to resign from LCER if you leave the Labour Party - we allow Labour supporters as well as members to join. But if you join a different political party, or start campaigning for another party, you'll have to resign from LCER.
